The "Initiative for Article 12" ("InArt12") is a voluntary association of persons aiming at the dissemination and implementation of Article 12 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), namely the right of all children to express their views freely in all matters affecting them, and their views to be given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity.
"InArt12" is based in Athens and develops activities in various regions of Greece and abroad, in collaboration with groups of children, teenagers and young people, teachers and other professionals working with children, schools, educational authorities, public services, local authorities, universities, experts, civil society organizations, international organizations and networks active for the defense and promotion of children's rights.
